US. canada(except extended area).Mexico Usually shipment can be arranged within 2 working days after receiving payment. Each item can be shipped out if payment received before 17:00 each day. We usually ship by UPS or FEDEX. Usually the delivery time is 5-7 days. We do not ship to PO BOX address Mail transit time is best estimated, but not guaranteed. As transit time varies Buyer should check item when delivered. Check package when the post officer is still there. If damaged, please refuse to accept. Or shipping company won't take responsibility of this. Buyer is responsible for return shipment.
Warranty&Return Policy With two years manufacturer warranty. Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of arrival and must have seller's approval which is emailed or message. We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without approval,and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc.
In the rare case of a missing or defective part,only a replacement or exchange will be.
